Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, renewals and refunds work for USD subscriptions.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription → Cancel, or by emailing support@sppph.shop. When you cancel, your plan does not renew again and your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Renewals

Paid plans auto-renew monthly in USD until cancelled. We charge the plan price shown at checkout. If a price changes, we notify you before the next renewal.

Refunds

  • Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the period has started, because access and credits are made available immediately.
  • Credits that have already been used to generate records are non-refundable.
  • If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access the service due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will investigate and correct eligible charges.

Consumer rights

This policy does not remove any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom or your local jurisdiction. Where a mandatory statutory right to a refund applies, we honour it.

Email support@sppph.shop with the email on your account and the date and amount of the charge. Statements appear as AI UTILITY LOG.
