Sppph produces household record and quote-prep drafts. It must never be used as a source of repair instructions, safety certification, or emergency guidance.

You must not use the workspace to

Generate operational repair, installation or maintenance steps for gas, electrical, structural, roofing or pressurised (e.g. heating/water) systems.
Treat any output as a safety certification, inspection report, test result, insurance claim document, construction plan or emergency service.
Substitute the tool for a licensed professional, or act on output without confirming the real situation with one.
Enter other people's personal data, credentials, passwords or full payment card numbers.
Use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing purposes, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You are expected to

Use the output only to organise your own notes and prepare questions.
Contact a qualified, licensed local professional to confirm the actual issue and any action.
Follow all applicable laws and manufacturer and safety guidance.
Stop use and contact the appropriate emergency service if there is any risk to safety.

Enforcement
