  • Order & transaction data: the products you buy, order numbers, amounts paid (always in US Dollars), and order history.
  • Payment data: we do not store your full card number. Card and payment details are processed directly and securely by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. We only receive confirmation of payment and limited information such as the card type and last four digits.
  • Communications data: messages you send us by email or through our contact channels.
  • Technical & usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How we collect it

  • Directly from you when you place an order, create an account or contact our support team.
  • Automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse sppph.shop.
  • From our service providers, such as payment processors and shipping carriers, in connection with your order.

We sell worldwide and some of our service providers are located outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your data continues to receive an equivalent level of protection.

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above. Order and transaction records are typically retained for up to seven years to meet accounting and legal obligations. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
